During the discovery phase, you must qualify the prospect.

They are either a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month deal.

Focus on the 3-month now, build the relationship for the 6 and 12 months but finding out if they are available to buy now.

Qualify them by asking great discovery questions to focus your time wisely.
